Seats provides best-efforts restaurant reservation assistance, availability monitoring, and manual request services. Seats does not guarantee that restaurant availability will appear or that a booking will be secured.

Automated monitoring depends on supported providers and may be disabled for venues or providers where automated access is not appropriate. In those cases, Seats may offer a manual request service instead.
