Refunds and Cancellation

Seats begins paid reservation services immediately when you request immediate start during checkout. If the service is fully performed, you may lose the right to cancel. If you cancel after work has started but before completion, Seats may charge a proportionate amount for the service already provided, subject to your legal rights.

No refund is due merely because no table becomes available. Refund review is available for failed setup, duplicate charge, no successful monitoring, materially deficient coverage, legal cancellation, or platform error.
