Privacy Policy

Seats collects the information needed to provide restaurant reservation assistance services, including account contact details, service order details, notification preferences, and operational audit records.

We use Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Twilio for SMS, Apple Push Notification service for push notifications, Vercel for hosting, and Railway for scraper operations.

We do not sell personal data, use IDFA, run advertising tracking, or share data with data brokers. Payment card details are entered with Stripe and are not accessed by Seats.

Service order, consent, payment, and monitoring audit records may be retained after account deletion where needed for tax, fraud prevention, legal obligations, consumer-law evidence, or dispute handling.
